The Toscana Food Consortium is born in 1997 from a group of companies leaders in the production of foodstuffs, all spread out in the heart of Tuscany. In this rich and fertile Region our companies have joined together, following Tuscan Country tradition passé on through the generations, the antique recipes with technological innovation. Its success is due to the careful choosing of the prime materials.

The checking of every single ingredient and the high quality of the product are constantly maintained with the aid of the modern techniques of hygienic self-control (HACCP), all in the general scheme of the production process total quality (ISO UNI EN 9002).

Our companies have chosen to share the experience and competence of each one, introducing themselves to the global market in a competitive and innovative fashion compared with the traditional promotional strategies. The Consortium had identified common strategies making an appearance with an incisive and compact image thus obtaining economic results worthy of note and consolidating competitiveness and the commercial network of the companies associated in consortium.

Our objective is to increase our image on the international markets and to become the reference point for all those consumers interested in the appreciation of “true Tuscan cuisine”.
